Polly says it expanded agentic AI across implementation, pricing, execution and settlement on its capital markets platform. The company says lenders can reach a production-ready environment in four to six weeks, supported by a pre-signature Jumpstart program.

San Francisco-based fintech Polly announced on Wednesday that it’s expanding its AI capabilities across its mortgage capital markets platform, saying that its new implementation process can get lenders live in four to six weeks.
The company added that its patented agentic artificial intelligence now operates across every stage of its platform, from implementation and pricing through execution and settlement. The expanded capabilities are designed to reduce the time lenders spend on manual capital markets tasks and speed up platform implementation.
The four- to six-week implementation process for Polly’s pricing engine and related products compares to an industry process that the company said can take several months on average, according to the announcement.
Polly introduced its cloud-native Product, Pricing and Eligibility engine in 2021. The company said its latest AI capabilities build on that platform and are intended to improve efficiency for lender capital markets teams, loan officers and brokers.
The process starts with Polly Jumpstart, a pre-signature program that takes prospective customers through about 80% of the platform setup before they sign an agreement.
After a lender signs on, Polly Implementation moves the customer to a verified, production-ready environment within four to six weeks, according to the company.
Polly said its AI handles much of the configuration work in parallel, allowing implementation consultants to focus on customer strategy, complex issues and change management.
By the 11th day of an implementation, AI has generated what the company described as a complete framework of best-practice scenarios by channel. By day 24, the platform has been validated against predefined success criteria and is prepared for production.
Patent recognition
The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has granted Polly patents covering the agentic AI framework used by its platform, with additional patent applications pending, the company said.
Polly said it continues to invest in applied AI research and development, with additional capabilities expected to be introduced in the coming weeks.
“Polly has led this category since the day we brought the first cloud-native pricing engine to market, and we have never stopped building toward what comes next,” Adam Carmel, Polly’s founder and CEO, said in a statement.
“Agentic AI is the most consequential shift our industry has seen, and our customer partners are already operating inside it, on a platform that compounds in capability every week.”
The company said its AI development is focused on mortgage capital markets workflows that have historically relied on manual processes.
